Another thing she had done bravely is that she had stand up for her friend Ella.Her friend was forced not to say anything about the watch which had be stolen.Ella was scared to say anything,but Jazz helped her to go through it.Lastly, she is an intelligent person because she scored the winning ball for her team.While the opponent’s team was cheering for the missed goal,Jazz stayed calm and able to follow the ball which her teammate missed.Her reaction changed the destiny of her team,otherwise her team will be down to 1 point and lose the last game.She did not vacillate by the cheering of her opponents which made her team won the match. The truth is that her coach told her to do it even though she doesn’t want to. The reason behind it is because she had set a hard screen on one of the player and the player was injured. Jazz:Jazz is the protagonist in the story.She is a friendly,brave,and intelligent person.She is friendly because she was one of Ella’s friend.For Ella,no one was her friend except a guy called Adam.Also,she still wants to be friend with Catherine even though she has hurted her.”Maybe next year we’ll get the chance to play against each other in the finals,offers Jazz.Catherine smiles slightly and nods,letting go of Jazz’s hand”(p.133)This quote tells me that Jazz felt regreatful after hurting Catherine because I can feel it from her words.Also,Catherine had forgived her and having a closer relationship with Jazz.These words made their relationship even better because opponents usually hate others.In addition,she is really brave in the story.She endure all the disrespectful words from her teammates and the audiences.
